Return & Refund Policy

At Stellar Enterprise, every piece is made to meet a standard. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.


Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn and unused

  • In original condition with tags and packaging


Non-Returnable Items

Some pieces are final:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be notified of the outcome

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover it


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If something arrives wrong or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
